PROCESSING TIME

  • All items are made to order and have a 1-3 days production time.

SHIPPING METHOD AND TRANSIT TIME

  • At checkout, multiple shipping options will be shown. You can choose the shipping method you prefer and the transit time for each method will be shown. All standard shipping methods do not include tracking. You can choose a tracked package or rush shipment for additional charges at checkout.

  • The transit times shown at checkout are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control. 

  • Celestial Red Shop is not responsible for lost packages or reshipments if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

  • Celestial Red Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

FAQ: IS SHIPPING DISCREET?

  • Yes, all items are shipped discreetly. All packaging is plain and does not reveal the contents. The full shop name is not included on the outside of the package.
  • All customs information on international orders is labelled as "Womens clothing" or "Mens clothing". Please message us or leave a note on your order if you would like a different label.
