Where are you located?
- We are based in Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. All of our items are made in and shipped from Winnipeg.
Is shipping discreet?
- Yes, all items are shipped discreetly. All packaging is plain and does not reveal the contents. The full shop name is not included on the outside of the package.
- All customs information on international orders is labelled as "Unisex Clothing". Please message us or leave a note on your order if you would like a different label.

How long does shipping take?
- All panties and clothing items are made to order and have a 1-3 days production time.
- At checkout, multiple shipping options will be shown. You can choose the shipping method you prefer and the transit time for each method will be shown.
- The total time for your order to arrive will be the 1-3 day production time + the transit time of your chosen shipping method.
How is my package shipped?
Celestial Red Shop ships through regular letter mail within Canada. This can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. Tracked packages and rush shipping options are available at checkout for additional charges.
- All international packages are shipped through Canada Post. You will be able to select your shipping method/speed at checkout.
These delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.
Celestial Red Shop is not responsible for lost packages or reshipments if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. Celestial Red Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
How is my item made?
- All products are handmade in our Winnipeg office using commercial equipment and high quality materials. All items are quality checked several times before being shipped and are sent in discreet packaging.
I ordered a custom item. How do I see my mockup image?
- All custom items include a mockup image. The image will be sent to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of purchase. Make sure to check your spam inbox if you do not see the mockup email.
Do your items fit men?
- For most items, the sizing is listed in standard womens sizing as a reference point. A size chart is included in each listing with approximate body measurements to help you select the right size. For men, we recommend sizing up as most items are designed with a tight, curve hugging fitment.
Do you fulfill wholesale orders?

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns. We are always happy to help!
- All intimate/undergarment items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons. Custom items and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Other clothing items may be exchanged. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return and reshipment shipping fees.
